“Property was amazing- it was even better than the pictures. House is on the outskirts of Salida (but quick 10 min drive into town), and offers privacy and beautiful mountain views. It comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy the stay, and clear instruction on how to work everything in the house. Highlights were the amazing deck and hot tub. “This is a HIDDEN GEM! The property was in our "happy place" -- running creek and woods. My family LOVED IT. We couldn't get enough of the creek sound. We left the windows open at night for that soothing sound of the water. The property was clean, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The "hidden treasures" found on the property for character was a great touch, especially down along the creek sides. Again, kids LOVED it, as did the adults. ”

Proximity to MTB trails and town is very convenient all while having a large, private yard with the Arkansas River flowing in the backdrop. It truly is a special spot and we hope to come back for years to come. ”

“We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The home was clean and well stocked with non food items. The coffee was coincidentally my brand and flavor of choice so that was awesome. Only complaint was the drains had an awful smell coming from them throughout the home and the price was too high in my opinion in retrospect.”
