“We loved our 2 nights here. While we chose the location for its proximity to Lucerne, Sarnen was a delightful surprise. The walking path into town was a fave and we enjoyed exploring. The apartment was well-equipped, including tons of pantry items and our host even offered us produce from his beautiful garden! There was lake access from the garden and we enjoyed a chilly dip in the lake! Host lives at the property and was easy to communicate with. Overall, highly recommend!”

“Pros: The apartment is located very close to the central station and with a short walk you can reach many bus stops that takes you to the station in 5 mins. You have decent amount of kitchenware and utensils (if you are planning to cook). Cons: The bathroom is cramped up a bit and the shower drain was clogged that it takes quite some time to drain the water. The beds are 50-50. They are not super comfortable but they get the job done. “Wonderful rental! The host is very friendly. She picked us up from the train station when we arrived and also drove us to the station when we left. Brought a full breakfast to us every morning. The private bathroom is not in the rental, but not far. Very easy to access. It has a sink, 2 showers and a toilet. In the outside picture, If I ever visit Lungern again, I would stay here. Excellent experience!”
