“Well, first off. The room was actually very nice. Easy to get to from the airport, and close to the train station. But it was to warm, and without any AC or not even a fan it was impossible to sleep. Opening the balcony door meant listening to passing traffic outside and church bells ringing every half hour or something the entire night. So it was either that or the heat. For one night sure, but I would't book a longer stay.”

“I recently stayed at VISION APARTMENTS Basel and overall had a comfortable visit. The space itself was clean and well-presented, and the location made it easy to get around the city. There were a few areas where the experience could be improved. Communication with customer service was a bit slow at times—especially when we were trying to arrange luggage storage prior to check-in, which took longer than expected to coordinate. Additionally, the TV did not appear to have access to local or news...

“Wir sind extra um 15 Uhr angereist um das Appartement zu beziehen, da wir die Koffer nicht im Auto lassen wollten und das parken nutzen wollten. Leider konnten wir nach mehrmaligen Versuchen nicht einchecken. Es gab drei verschiedene Notfall Telefonnummer, die alle nicht erreichbar waren! Wir haben dann mit Expedia telefoniert um Hilfe zu erhalten. Das erste Zimmer konnten wir erst gegen nach 16 Uhr einchecken. Das zweite hat dann wieder nicht geklappt! So das ich erneut mit Expedia chatten...

“The room was okay for 2 nights when our focus was just a short visit to the city. Would consider staying again. But pretty expensive when regarding to the room itself. Also pretty loud street and no AC, which forced us to have the window open. Notice that you will need to get an email form them in beforhand going there, we didnt get one. Which caused us problems to get the keys. However it was pretty easy to solve once we could borrow a phone to call them. We also met another couple the day...

“Mycket bra läge, endast ca 10 min promenad från centralstationen. Nära centrum, lätt att ta sig gående överallt. ”

“Det blev en misskommunikation kring möjligheten att parkera, men det löste personalen jättefint och var otroligt hjälpsamma. Vi hade ett mysigt rum med möjligheter att fixa lite egen mat och området kändes bra. Vi gick eller tog spårvagn in till centrum, det funkade toppenbra!”
