The Space:

Casa Karma offers a thoughtfully designed layout for comfort and connection. Inside, you’ll find two serene bedrooms—one with a king bed, the other with a queen—each featuring plush memory foam mattresses. The open-concept living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Outside, enjoy a large patio with built-in seating and dining area, a heated pool facing a peaceful orchard, lounge chairs for sunbathing, and an outdoor shower nestled in tropical gardens. High-speed mesh Wi-Fi and dedicated parking ensure convenience throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, the kitchen, living areas, outdoor patio, heated pool, lounge chairs, and outdoor shower. While there is a completely separate unit located on the rooftop, there are no shared spaces or entrances—your stay at Casa Karma is entirely private, with dedicated parking and high-speed Wi-Fi included.



The Neighborhood:

The south end of Sayulita is known for its peaceful, residential vibe—just far enough from the bustle of downtown to enjoy quiet nights, yet close enough to walk or ride to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Surrounded by lush jungle and ocean breezes, it’s the perfect blend of serenity and convenience.



Getting Around:

Sayulita is a walkable town, and Casa Karma is located in a peaceful area just a short stroll from the beach, shops, and restaurants. While walking is easy and enjoyable, many guests choose to rent a golf cart for added convenience—especially for hills or grocery runs. We don’t recommend driving a full-size car around town, as the streets are narrow and parking is limited.

While Casa Karma offers self check-in for your convenience, we’re always close by if you need anything. Jamie is just a quick message away and happy to assist remotely at any time. Our on-site property manager, Tony, lives just two houses down and is available for any immediate needs. We respect your privacy and space but are always easily reachable throughout your stay.
