“The house was great. It offered everything that was promised. A quiet, private environment with a fantastic garden and great and large swimming pool. Very nice sightseeing opportunities not very far away, including nice villages, great beaches and interesting wineries. We stayed for 1 week and regretted that we had not booked a longer stay.”

“The house and the poolarea were really nice and the privacy and panorama over the sea was amazing. The contact with the owner were good and easy, we kept contact via watsup during the stay. She gave us recommendations to nice restaurants. We needed support with the pipes since there was a blockage in a drain, from one of three toilets, not so unusual in an old house with narrow drain pipes, the owner immediately called a caretaker to fix the problem and apologized profusely for the problem. “Die Lage ist wunderschön. Direkt am Meer mit atemberaubenden Ausblick. Wunderschöner Garten mit vielen Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster zum Meer, was uns in dem bequemen Bett in ein tiefen Schlaf wiegelte, ich habe dass sehr genossen auch weil es Mückengitter hat. Badezimmer war sauber. Einziger Kritikpunkt was wir uns auch für 2026 wünschen ist die Sauberkeit in der Küche. Dampfabzug war defekt und vieles mussten vor dem ersten...

The pool is really lovely and big. The host, Tommaso, is super nice, accommodating and friendly. He responded quickly when we had questions and gave us great tips on things to do and see, an excellent host! We really loved every minute here and can highly recommend going here. "A 10/10 experience throughout (and an amazing hot spring, with millennia worth of history). Not for anyone going for a budget experience, but worth every penny. Can recommend trying to stay for at least a couple of nights, as a single night might make you struggle to do everything you can and want to do. Only issues were a misunderstanding during check-out (so I had to pay twice for something, but I had thrown away the receipt so partially my fault), and that the valet parking guy had changed all settings on my car as it was returned."
