âThe hotel is great but what made the experience great was the staff, especially the Preferred club staff. Our butler Anibal was great, he made sure we had an amazing experience, couldnt have asked for anyone better. Everyone at the preferred lounge and Rosewater was great at making us feel welcomed at all times, especially Francy, Esperanza and Francisco. Would definately return. â

âResort was amazing. Food and activities were excellent. The most impressive part was the staff. Everyone worked very hard as a team and it shows. EVERYONE and I mean everyone working there was polite, helpful and hard working. â
âI had a wonderful stay at Eden ROC. The villa was fabulous and Adonis was beyond helpful and responsive to our every need.
The activities organized were also wonderful and helped make the stay a memorable one.
Thankful to the staff and hoping to be back soon. â
âBrand new hotel with a lot of potential, the hotel is the most beautiful Iâve seen in Dominican, the staff really give the extra mile to take good care of you. Is new and there are some things that are still missing: no pizza in any of the restaurants, staff is still a little bit fresh and learning how to navigate around but thise things are going to improve with time.
Loved that they bring you a cooler with water when in the pool or beach, also during the afternoon they bring non alcoholic...
âit was nice experience to be able to see different cultures and traditions, people was very nice and welcoming, around the area, you were able to walk around the city, and eat at the restaurants , the hotel was very nice and friendly, i would like to go back again!â
