“The house is impressive with large surfaces, high standard and well maintained. The pool, which is large and solid, is cleaned every week. The animal life around the house is also exciting and in addition to lots of lizards, we also saw scorpions, snakes and wild boars. The very best thing about the house is the large balcony with a view of the beautiful landscape and the sea in the background, incredible! The contact with the hosts was fast and smooth and they answered questions directly...

Fantastic view from the infinity pool and garden over the valley with hills and olive trees.The owner, Luca, is super helpful and gave us a lot of personal tips on how to best enjoy the area nearby.We visited Sperlonga, Gaeta, Fondi, Itri and also Naples to enjoy a football game.I highly recommend this property!”

“Wir waren zwei Wochen mit unserer sechsköpfigen Familie hier. Es ist ein traumhaft schöner Ort. Der Blick auf das Meer ist noch viel schöner, als man auf den Fotos erkennen kann. Der Pool ist groß und wunderbar, die Wiese gründ und saftig und der ganze Garten top gepflegt. Das Haus ist hochwertig und die Küche ist großartig - mit 5 Kochstellen auf dem Gasherd. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass das Haus überall mit Deko vollsteht und die Schränke zu 80 % "privat" belegt sind. Wir würden...

“We spend 6 nights in this nice villa over the new year's. It has everything one needs for a pleasant stay. It must be even nicer in the summer with it's big garden and outdoor grill. In winter it was a bit cold even though every room has it's own air conditioning/heater.Giovanna, the host was very approachable and communicative. All in all, I can recommend this villa.”

“This house is a hidden gem! I think you would be hard pressed to find a nicer villa in Cassino. The photos do not do it justice - especially the grounds which are large and beautifully kept. Everything inside is clean and well appointed. Alberto was attentive, prompt, and friendly. If you love dogs (as you should) there is a gorgeous guard dog that is a sweet as can be. He only comes out of his area by request. We had Kobe out with the family the entire stay. ”

“This property was absolutely amazing! We were on a mountain surrounded by olive trees. The owners are so hospitable. The house was perfect with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The stars at night were incredible. There were horses nearby. We definitely would come back and tell anyone we know to stay there. Close to the ruins of San Pietro Infini as well. Absolutely magical and can’t wait to come back! Grazie and Merci ”

“Die Lage ist genial. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend und man ist so schnell bei dem wunderschönen Strand. Der abgegrenzte Garten ist gross und sehr gepflegt. Es hat viele Vögel und Eidechsen. Am See kann man Krebse beobachten. Wir konnten im Oktober immer draussen auf der herrlichen Terrasse essen. Das Fenster zur Küche ist sehr praktisch, da kann man alles direkt zur Terrasse raus reichen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und immer erreichbar. Wir haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung...
