“I will not recommend. AC was not working. Too much noise. Breakfast was not good. Staff was not cooperative. I paid for the water view and I got the partial view. Bathroom was not working. Nobody's listened. Please stay away from Best Western”

“Bathroom had red stains on sink, wall and tub. Linoleum floor had cracks and the walls had peeling spots. Bed and tv were ok. Weird layout where we had to go down a flight of stairs then back up to get to our room. Had laundry that worked fine but one washer was out of commission. It closed at 10 pm. $3 for washer and for dryer.”

“My room was satisfactory as far as cleanliness. So many things went wrong... first of all I called the hotel before my stay to find out what the dog fee would be and was told $25 per night. I get to the hotel and while checking in I was told that the manager had just raised the fee to $40 per night, even though the form I was made to sign had $25 per night - the lady at the front desk checking me in would not let me pay $25 and insisted I had to pay $40. “The staff was so sweet and helpful I hate giving this place a bad review but it was dirty and not well maintained. I wish I had taken pictures but I didn’t. Our room was very outdated the toilet was dirty, the bathtub was chipped and scuffed, the floors were filthy. There was a large blood stain on the wall paper by the toilet. There are a lot of rooms in this place so I imagine upkeep is tough. It was a last minute booking and we were exhausted. There were ants and termites swarming the eating...

“Staff is very friendly. It is a rundown place and the cleaning is not the best. Our toilet clogged twice. There was a cig butt on the balcony. There was no soap at all but 4 small containers of lotion. We went out and bought some handsoap and showergel. What Made the stay still enjoyable was the view from the balcony. However we could not eat breakfast out there because it was not clean. But the staff was very friendly which was nice. ”

“It’s really hard to beat this hotel if you’re going to Bremerton, especially by ferry. It’s a short walk to the ferry terminal, buses, bars, restaurants and parks. With great sculpture and fountains! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was better than expected. If only they had a pool! But that would likely drive up the price.”
