“Lovely little mezzanine apartment. Rob and Lynda were very welcoming and the apartment was cosy. The pool was beautiful and shared with the other two apartments and our hosts, but no one was ever there at the same time. Stunning views from the patio area. It is a 10 minute drive to the local village, Casoli, which I a lovely little town, so you can’t just walk to a local bar or restaurant, but you do have all the facilities to cook in the apartment if you so wish. 100% would stay agin!”

Built by his grandfather and lovingly restored recently, Villa Carlucci met all of the needs of our American family while we visited our Abruzzese family. The many bedrooms and baths accommodated our children and grandchildren perfectly. The pool and grounds were an added bonus. “Hier hat einfach alles gepasst! Dies ist die bestausgestattete und schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten. Alles ist wunderschön aufeinander abgestimmt eingerichtet und picobello sauber. Bei der Ausstattung wurde wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht, zahlreiche Dinge, die wir sonst nicht oder nur zum Teil vorfanden, sind da, angefangen von vielen Ablageflächen und Haken im geräumigen Bad, vielen Kleiderbügeln, Abstellkammer mit Wäschekorb, Wäscheständer, Waschmaschine, Safe,Kühltasche,...

“Entre mer (à 30 KM) et montagne (à 20 km), la situation des villas for 2 est idyllique. On est en pleine campagne et on a une vue sur celle-ci à 180. Les villas sont très propres et bien équipées, calmes, avec terrasse et air co.Les proprios, Marielle et Guy sont d'une gentillesse et d'une discrétion exemplaires. Ils sont toujours présents et s'empressent de résoudre les petits problèmes qui peuvent survenir.Les draps sont changés toutes les semaines mais (et c'est rare...) les serviettes (de...

“Ons verblijf was heerlijk. Mooi appartement, prima zwembad in prachtige tuin. Gastheer en gastvrouw buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een opmerking: omdat de appartementen en de buitenruimten tegen elkaar aanliggen, zijn je buren wel een factor die het leuker of iets minder maken.”

“This is a special place. We stayed here with some of our extended family to explore Abruzzo. The house is beautifully sited with a panoramic view of the Adriatic. The property is well maintained and quite comfortable. The town is charming and its beaches are quite fine. Overall an excellent place. Highly recommended.”

“Die Wohnung liegt abseits der Hauptstraße und ist über einen befestigten Weg sehr gut erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen und sie hatte uns sogar noch einen kleinen Snack (warme Pizza) und einige Dolci, sowie gekühlte Getränke inkl. Spumante zur Begrüßung bereitet (da wir leider verkehrsbedingt später als erwartet angekommen sind). Die Tage am Pool unter dem Olivenbaum waren sehr entspannt und wir konnten die Ruhe genießen. Maximal die beiden lieben Wachhunde haben...

“Absolutely gorgeous, spent a week here together with two other couples. The surroundings and environment is magnificent and the people very friendly. As mentioned in the ad the last road up to the house is a little bit challeging but nothing to fear, we had a minibus (Fiat Talento) and that was no problem. Nothing more to ask from the house or the area, nice and piaceful.”

“We were two families with four adults and four children betweeen 6-9 years old. Had a fantastic time at the house, it never felt small, all necessary equipment is there, and it has a very nice standard to it. The knifes in the kitchen would need some sharpening though :) We enjoyed every moment of the house, the soroundings and the pool of course. “We are two families (4 adults and 4 children) from Sweden that rented Viviens fantastic villa for almost two weeks. The villa has everything you need for a vaccation and the location is perfect. On top of a quite hill and you have a nice view of the village Torino di Sangro, the ocean (10 minutes by car) and the mountains in the backgroud. "Hotellet var rent och fint, en fantastisk havsutsikt som vi betalat extra för. Värt det. Men det som var jättedumt och som vi framförde på plats var stranden som tillhörde hotellet. Det fanns få stolar och parasoll och vi därför var tvungna att ligga på eget badlakan men ändå fick betala för att vi legat på stranden. Fanns ingen skriftlig eller muntlig info om detta. Självklart hade vi lagt oss utanför snöret om vi vetat det. 35 euro för en heldag på egen handduk var magstarkt. Efter att vi klagat togs posten bort på notan vilket var snällt."
