“The setting was beautiful, a shimming lake and a burst of colour from autumn foliage. Unfortunately the cottage was lacking. Shower door won’t stay closed, not a dresser, shelf, or hook for clothing, oven not clean, rack in backwards and fell out, extreme floor slanting. “I really enjoyed my getaway night here. The room was like a small apartment, very neat and clean; a few small details could be adjusted, but they were minor and I had great communication with the staff when I needed to find out how to work something. Comfy bed as well, and there’s a beautiful walk right next to the lake, which is only a few steps to get to. I would definitely come again.”

“We arrived at the cottage and there was a strange odour in the room. Then we noticed the furnishings were tattered and the cottage itself was poorly maintained. And though we paid we left after 10 minutes refusing to stay in this inferior cottage. We are now awaiting a refund.”
