"It is a lovely building with some character to drive up to. The bedding and linen were the best parts of the stay. Hotel breakfast was adequate and they have a decent little bar/restaurant until 10.00 although it was so cold in there with A/C it was uninviting to eat there."

Remote for tv didn’t work ( was going to say something however staff on that night was really rude to another guest so didn’t ask). Other staff were friendly. "Beautiful home, and lovely host. She was thoughtful, accommodating and a pleasure. Definitely had a spa like feel and you can even order services to the house. Great for a girls weekend. Be aware the kitchen is in the basement which worked out fine for us but flagging for anyone with a mobility issue. ..."
