“Location was great it was just 15-20 minute walk into downtown Boulder. The room was also very big and spacious for my daughter, wife and I so those were positives. However, under the beds were dirt and dust it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed before we checked in or during our entire 4 night stay. Also, toilet paper was never refilled so we ran out. “The room was clean and well prepared for my family and I. The breakfast is top notch and when we decided to stay another night the concierge was awesome and upgraded us to a suite. Highly recommend staying here. ”

“Great hotel! Very fresh and new decoration, clean and youthful. A hotel themed for hiking and climbing with interior as such, real fun. A bit expensive since there was no breakfast included, didn't try it but you could buy it at the reception. Lots of free parking lots just by the rooms. Three blocks away from Pearl Street, would stay again! ”

“We loved the cozy vibes and the small town location! We were given a voucher for the Wheel House, a nice bar down the street with lovely folks there. The hotel staff were also very kind and welcoming. We personally did not make use of the spa aspect of the hotel's services, but the bathroom in our room had a very nice shower and tub (especially compared to our apartment). “Very appealing new hotel with very good facilities and attractive setting. But the Company is obviously skimping on personnel. Check-in and check-out were taxing to say the least...mainly due to a lack of personnel or a lack of sufficiently trained personnel. There was a feeling of no employees actually being there during our stay.
