“This unit worked well for our stay in Phoenix. It was clean and what we wanted, a central location to explore the area. I don't think you would want to do much cooking as the kitchen is very small, but it was fine for our breakfast and some lunches in. It was nice to relax at the pool a couple of times during our stay as well. There are 3 small dogs on the property, but only saw them while we were at the pool and rarely heard them otherwise. A good alternative to a hotel room!”

“Close to everything in Scottsdale. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. We sat outside on a private patio area and enjoyed the weather. Took walks through the neighborhood. Although not far off a major road, the Casita was absolutely quiet even outside. Would stay there again without hesitation.”

“The place is a gem. It is pristine, bright and inviting. It has two nice bedrooms with lovely linens and a very large bathroom in between the two bedrooms.. The pool is right outside the door and has a lovely patio. The pictures really don’t do it justice - it is way nicer. You absolutely will enjoy your stay. We are from NYC and pretty fussy about where we sleep and this was beautiful!”

“We had a great stay! Three guys in a studio apartment got a little cramped with the sleeping arrangements but the location and property itself are awesome. We went out for the Phoenix Open and this property was about a 10 minute Uber ride to the course as well as a 10 minute Uber ride to Old Town Scottsdale. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Casita was clean, very modern. Bathroom had a beautiful shower unfortunately there was no water pressure. There was only one Kleenex in the box and only one wash cloth for the two of use for three days. There was only one comfy chair besides 2 small chairs and a table, being a couple 2 comfy chairs would have been nice to enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day. You will have no ice because the freezer was so small, small ice cube trays would have been a nice thought. No iron in room but host did...

“This place is perfect, very roomy, and clean. Very peaceful neighborhood. The Kitchen is well stock with everything you could possibly need. We will stay here here again. Great host!”

“Highly recommended. Be sure to stop for groceries on the way out to the ranch, about 45 min north of Mesa. Beautifully decorated loft above a workshop/horse barn. Very clean and smelled fresh. Comfortable bed. Luxurious sheets and towels. Lovely matching dishes and silverware. Owner provided fruit and muffins. We loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the mountains with our morning coffee. Plenty of privacy. Really enjoyed hearing the sounds of songbirds, owls, and wildlife. Could see...
