“Borgo Argiano is a Tuscan treasure! We were looking for a luxury stay on the Tuscan country side with high standard, own kitchen, pool and just a few rooms. Borgo Argiano is ticking all the boxes. some minor details are missing to reach absolute top class but easily compensated by Dario’s hospitality! Own production of oil and wine accompanied some fantastic dinners at the balcony with the Tuscan hills as a background. Next time we will go here with friends and family!”

“Great tranquil place to stay only 15 minutes by car to Siena. Sara is a warm and welcoming host.There are so many adorable towns around: Asiano, Chiusure (lunch at Locando Paradiso is lovely) and Buonvonvento. The Abbey of Monte Olivieto Maggiore is worth a detour. One hour away is the beautiful Chianti region. Highly recommmend the towns of Castellina in Chianti, Panzano and Greve in Chianti and its surrounding majestic view. ”

We woke every morning to the spectacular view of the vineyards, and had breakfast in the lovely garden. We watched the sun set at night over the vines and hills. “We were met by Fulvia and she explained everything about the house. She was also available to us anytime we had questions. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked well. The house was in a good location to restaurants and shops. I enjoyed listening to the school children during our lunch time or watching them walk to school. “We have been to Cortona several times before but Govanmi’s apartment was BY FAR the best. It’s beautiful, well-equipped, spacious and has a great lay out. The mattresses are excellent, AC is in every room, making the hot days bearable and location could not be better. Giovanni and his brother were super attentive and even led us stay a day longer when the Italian train system was on strike. They answered any and all questions. “Our stay was awesome. Thank you very much.Only complaint: there was no toilet paper when we arrived. Although our host hopped on the problem right away, he brought us 2 rolls. Total. 1 for each bathroom. There were 5 of us and we stayed Mon-Thu. Kind of odd…Other than that, it was great. Would do it again.”
