“Had an amazing time at the Sea Palms guest and staff were amazing! Room was cozy and spacious. Logan and the Jamaican waitress can't remember here name; took really good care of me. The crabs and fried green tomatoes were delicious. I highly recommend this resort location was perfect. St Simon Island is a beautiful place!!”

“The pool and pool area stayed dirty the entire time we were there. Most days there were no clean pool towels available and we requested extra washcloths and was told they didn’t have any clean ones. “We had a wonderful time at the beautiful, friendly and cosy Grey Owl Inn. Good location if you want a calm place and like to explore the surroundings. We especially recommended this Inn to those who plan to stay for a couple of days - the rooms are very nice, comfortable and well equipped. And don't miss Jekyll Island!”

“Ok. Let me start by saying we made a reservation for 2 rooms. We did Not stay. The front desk person (Marcus) was great in helping us with refund and even looking up the phone number to other hotels. Now, why we didn’t stay. “The lobby and our room smell like mildew and musty. Hotel is outdated and old looks newer from the outside, but the inside is very old had a terrible night trying to sleep only slept like three hours due to the moisture and musty smell in the room. Very disappointed at Marriott. This doesn’t meet their standards.”

“I liked that check in was quick and easy. I did not like, however, that we had to ask for towels every day and sometimes you would only receive towels that were a tad bigger than hand towels. We weren't in our room very much so it wasn't a huge deal.”

I liked not having room service daily, anything I needed I could get from the front desk. Breakfast was continental, same thing daily. Upon inspection, the door seemed to have soaked up a lot of water (the shower leaked) and had become waterlogged and stuck to the floor.
