âSince I love livemusic this seemed like a hotel right up my ally and it was. Yes you can hear the sound from what ever concert is taking place in the venue downstairs but that did not really bother me. I loved the interior design and vibe of the place. It is in a good location with lots of sights within walking distance. I had a great time in Seattle and would definitely stay at The Crocodile again.â

The connexion with the airport is by light rail. The hotel is also close to the King Street Train station if you want to take the Amtrak to Vancouver for ex. âThe State is a boutique hotel with a funky vibe (in a good way). The room was a bit small and it lacked some amenities but the bed was very comfortable and for a downtown hotel it was quiet.
A couple of minor gripes:
1) the in room coffee is pretty lame
2) the bathroom could use a couple of towel racks
3) charging $8 for a water bottle is ridiculous

1) the hotel staff was great! Helpful and affable

âThe staff were professional, friendly and courteous. They greet you with a smile upon entry. The rooms are spacious; the bed was super comfortable; great amenities; the restroom was beautiful and clean with excellent water pressure. The hotel is in a convenient walkable location to several tourist sites. I will definitely stay here again. â
