“Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.”

“One of two elevators broken our whole visit. Floors in halls and rooms filthy. Maid service didnt come on the day they were supposed to. Towels worn, bed extremely sagging and pillows old and lumpy. Fan in the bathroom was closed off. This hotel is in desperate need of updating and renovation. Very disappointed!”

“Everything was terrible! I will not want anyone to stay here room was dirty windows dirty beds were awful for sleeping…. No iron or iron board ..door lock was scary…AC was so loud parking was no secure - staff was terrible when checked out I was told “ your good just leave” no customer service what so ever ….. just plain terrible!!!!”

“I am going to leave a very fair review because I don’t want others to be duped by the photos. The front desk staff is excellent, very friendly. The cleaners don’t speak a lick of English so don’t bother trying. The rooms are outdated and could use some help. The guests smoke way too much weed. It was coming through the walls. Lastly, the disco next door pumps music really loud and it is literally on top of the hotel.”

“Beautiful Lobby and great bar restaurant area. As soon as you leave level one it takes a drastic turn. The carpets are old and moldy. There was one elevator for 11 floors on our side of the hotel. We took the stairs to avoid the long elevator line where we were greeted with a 3 inch long cockroach. I wouldn’t stay here again.”
