“The Sunderland Holiday Inn staff were wonderful. I had a bad fall at the theatre and when I got back they couldn’t have been more kind and helpful, especially Kieran. He offered to take me to A&E but I did not want to go. He bathed my wound and found a plaster for it. I cannot remember the name of the other receptionist but she was equally as kind and helpful. “It’s a lovely hotel and very convenient stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
We only had breakfast but it was delicious and plenty of it. The decor was lovely but needed a bit of tidying and the vase on the table needed a clean. I’m not keen on fake flowers which gather dust and the winter sun shows the glass vase needing a polish.

“The manager Anna couldn’t have been nicer. She greeted us with a cup of tea and biscuits and allowed us to check-in early and was very helpful with suggestions of things to do in the city. Rooms were comfortable and quiet and included on-site free parking. Location just a short walk into the centre. Breakfast also very good with lots of options. ”
