“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We arrived to find dirty floors, dust, used kitchen sponges, laundry left in the washing machine, missing household items, and an unusable sofa bed that was severely sagging. The biggest issue was the sleeping arrangements. We booked this property expecting proper beds, but spent the first night on a sofa that was not suitable for sleeping.
