“We booked this home for a family reunion and it did not disappoint. The home had all the basics for big family get togethers and the views were spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for our kids, their cousin, aunts, and uncles and was accomodating for kids to be entertained and for the adults to relax.”

“Cute kitschy beach house. Very convenient location to the beach. Overall, met our needs with our two littles - loved all the books and vintage decor in the house (including children’s books and stuffies)! Two points to note would be 1) the driveway is indeed very steep and 2) the dining table over carpet and rolling chairs were not great for feeding kids 3 and under.”

“This is a beautiful home which is well equipped to host a large family. The kitchen is really well stocked with kitchenware for whatever you choose to cook. A walk out the back brings you right to the beach. We loved our stay!”

“We had an absolutely perfect stay to celebrate our anniversary! The location right on the beach was stunning—waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to step out directly onto the sand was just incredible. The space itself was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, making it feel like a home away from home. Every detail was thought of, and it made our celebration even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to mark this occasion. Highly recommend!”

“We had a great time at the house, and we had enough space for all 5 adults and 3 kids. The cottage house was a little musty and we weren’t aware the room in there was up a steep flight of stairs but otherwise it was great. The beds are comfy and the fireplace kept the room warm in the cooler evening and morning hours. The walk to the beach is tough for little kids and older folks, and the beach access is very steep. Once on the beach though, it’s private and beautiful. ”

“Small and Quarky property. Perfect for A Bestie's Trip. Back yard and home were cute. My only real concern with this property is the "Door lock" on the Deck room....A light kick would defeat that pin lock easily as the handle lock is Toasted. Please consider changing that for safety reasons. Would Recommend ”

“The view from the front windows were amazing! We sat out on the deck several times. The town was so close by, we walked there several times. It was a great all around experience. ”

“Ocean Blue was the perfect place to meet with old friends/colleagues with plenty of room for all with room to spare. Two of us were mobility-challenged so found the top floor bedrooms on the main floor most convenient. The WiFi was excellent. Free TV allowed for only limited selection of channels. Would have been better to have had at least major channels. Would have been nice to have had a garbage disposal but was doable. Decorated absolutely lovely with beach memorabilia. Ample linens. Beach...

“Just an absolutely dreamy stay. The pictures don’t do it justice! We watched gray whales feeding 100 yards off the deck and fell asleep to waves crashing on the rocks below. The unit itself is beautiful and relaxing. We were concerned about the road noise from the 101, but even on the busy Labor Day weekend, we couldn’t hear it! Only improvement would be a better stocked kitchen. The knives aren’t great and it would have been nice to have more cutlery, larger bowls, and wine glasses. ”

“We had a wonderful stay here! The cottage is comfortable and cozy with a nicely redone kitchen and bathroom. The location is amazing: close to stores and restaurants in Yachats and right on the 804 trail. Cape Perpetua is only a very short drive away. And, as the pictures show, the views are outstanding! We hope to stay here again!”
