-Ground floor entry has a bedroom with queen bed, full ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the back yard.
-The main floor has an open concept living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony with gas grill.
-The top floor has two bedrooms: the primary suite (queen bed with a peloton) and a full bathroom which is attached to the second room which has a queen sized bed and desk/chair. The washer/dryer on the third floor as well.
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor patio area.

Capitol Hill is Seattleâs most prominent nightlife and entertainment district and the center of the cityâs LGBTQ+ community! Considered the most hip and trendy of the Seattleâs young culture, this district is centrally located with easy access to the whole city. Check out the âall are welcomeâ attitude at some of Pike and Pine Stâs classic bars that make our beloved city so wonderful. Bop in the other direction to the infamous Broadway Ave and see what all of the fuss is about.
This location is very central and safe. Close to the bus lines of Madison Avenue. Walkable to grocery stores (800 ft), restaurants, bars, and all that seattle has to offer.

Link Light Rail
The closets light rail location to the home is the Capitol Hill Station. Itâs located about .9 miles away, or a 5 minute drive. The light rail offers easy access to downtownâs Pike Place Market, boardwalks, Ferris wheel and more. You can also take the light rail directly to the stadium at UW or downtown.
Whenever I have enough time, I always take the light rail to the airport because it costs $3 vs $35-$65 Uber or Lyft. Keep in mind, it will take you about 5 minutes to the station from the home in a car and another 40 mins to get from the station to the airport. It will help you avoid heavy traffic if that may be an issue too.
Uber & Lyft
The fastest and most reliable mode of transportation in our opinion. Simply download the App and go. Uber/Lyft Driverâs are always minutes away and cost an average of $5-10 per ride.
Turo & Car2Go
You can rent a car with car sharing apps by downloading Turo or the Car2Go app.
Parking
Street parking is available and is usually pretty ample.
The home comes with one designated parking spot within the compact garage. The garage is 200"(l) x 94"(w). For size reference, it fits a Subaru forester but is VERY snug.
Please be aware of the the parking size limitations!
The garage will not fit a 4runner or anything that size/larger. Please look up your car measurements or plan on not using the garage prior to arrival. Your car must fully fit inside the garage with the door closed for you to use it. If you have a large car or truck, parking is not provided and you will have to find free street parking which can be difficult in this busy area.
Street parking can be found near the home for free but some areas are 2 hr parking.
The couch in the living room pullouts out to a queen bed.
Please note, there are several stairs in the home separating each level. There are about 10 steps per level.
The peloton doesnât have shoes or cages so youâll need to bring your own shoes to use the bike. We also donât have a peloton account so youâll need to log into your own account to use it.
Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines.
**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. You'll be required to pay for a $35 Damage Waiver or you have the option to Pre-authorize up to $500 to be charged in case of accidental damage with a Non-refundable $15 transaction fee, in addition to the reservation cost. Please take this fee in consideration before booking.
Please no shoes in the house.
Guests can check-in anytime after 4 pm
Check-out time is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!)
Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner.
We also have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $500 fine. Youâre welcome to smoke outside of the home as long as itâs 15 feet from the property.
