The property features exterior security cameras, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. One camera is located at the front door, and there are no indoor cameras.

Hop on the Link Light Rail for a quick, affordable ride to UW, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, or Sea-Tac Airport. It’s just $3.50 and trains run every 8 minutes—making your commute or game day a breeze.
Before booking, please review the house rules to ensure this home meets your needs. This is the lower unit of a two unit renovated home. Our peaceful home is part of a separated duplex, offering a private and comfortable space for you to enjoy and relax.
Each unit features its own entrance, as well as separate BBQ and outdoor living areas, ensuring you have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. You’ll have all the privacy you need, while also enjoying the tranquil ambiance of the neighborhood, yard and creek. We have a shared yard for recreation & relaxation, dogs, and children. Additional pet fees and policies apply and proof of vaccination/flea & tick protection will be required prior to stay.
Thornton Creek is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a shower chair/toilet riser/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.
We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor includes natural and cowhide elements. Because we are a natural environment, animals and insects are seen on occasion. We have professional, environmentally friendly, pest control services monthly.
We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.
Exterior cameras are at the front door of each unit and another overlooking the parking area. There are NO inside cameras. However, we do monitor for sound decibel levels, smoke, and number of people present.
