“The property is clean and the staff were super helpful. My room had a couple of little things that needed attention, but nothing major. It is a minimalist hotel (which I appreciated), but if you want all the hotel stuff - pen and pad of paper for example, this might not be the place for you. The location was fine - across from the bus terminal, which meant some interesting characters at times, but I never felt unsafe. I would stay here again.”

“The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Breakfast closed at 9:30 which was disappointing and wasn’t clearly advertised. Parking and unloading luggage was inconvenient to location. There were no carts available upon arrival and you had to go up to the 5th floor of hotel to get a cart and come back down to the sidewalk. There was only 1 elevator available so that took quite some time. There was no usb plug in the room to charge devices.”
