âWonderful place right on Zocalo square with lovely rooftop restaurant, living up to advertised expectations. Friendly and very helpful staff. Also quiet to my surprise, even with window facing daytime busy street. We could sleep with window open :-)
Free water and cafe for hotel guests adds to the benefits. Overall a great experience.â
âNo hicieron la limpieza del cuarto un dia durante mi estancia. En el cajon de la habitacion habia ropa interior de los anteriores huespedes. La cafetera jamas funciono a pesar de que avisamos en la recepcion que no servia.â
âBeautiful building and interior, nice food (breakfast) and drinks, very comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms (1 and 2).
When it comes to service at the hotel, we felt that the will is there, but there is a lack in the execution.

âThe property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed.
My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. â

âexcelente hotel cerca e muchos atractivos de centro historico...excatamente atras de catedral metropolitana...el desayuno muy bueno y la atencion de lo mejorâ
âThe hotel is located in a brilliant spot. Easy access to shopping, the big square, the Mirador, museums, food etc etc. Easy to take a Tube/taxi to other areas. Staff friendly, reception, restaurant and cleaning services but the hotel is a bit "tired". The water pressure in the shower was extremly low, the floor in the room not wet wiped very well and the quality of the breakfast left things to wish (one beeing that scrabled eggs etc not hot). Slept alright and wi fi was working good.â
âGreat property in the downtown area. The dining options within the property are excellent, although, there are plenty of options within walking distance. The area around the hotel is always full of crowds and people at all times of the day. Despite the crowds, it never felt unsafe even at night. The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The indoor pool (heated) was nice touch and the outdoor pool is on the 6th floor, nice views and very relaxing escape. â
âThe box beds are great, really secure. They also have lots of daily walking tours and activities. The main downside is you need the window open and the street is noisy. This didnât bother me but if you need quiet, this wouldnât be it. I loved my stay and would love to go back.â
âBeautiful hostel in historical centro. Very friendly staff especially Omar & Alex who so kindly educated us in the Spanish language. Close to everything and offers both very nice rooms and dorms. Situated on a side street and very quiet. Amazing breakfast. â
