“Our stay was disappointing. The facilities are in poor condition, worn furniture and a bathroom in need of maintenance. To make matters worse, we were never able to connect to the WiFi during our entire stay, despite asking for help.”

“Upon receiving my receipt, I noticed that I was double-charged for the resort fee dated All the staff were great, except when I fell, no one bothered to check up on me. I had to call the front desk for ice, and they sent a security man. Never did the manager show up or make a phone call to check on how I was doing. Also, the tub in the room was stained yellow because it was so old. I booked this place because of the bathroom picture they advertised, and it was all lies”

“We really enjoyed staying at Wydham Beach Resort. The room was so spacious and had extremely comfortable beds with luxurious sheets and pillows. The pools were amazing and last but not least the private hotel beach in conjunction with the pool area was so nice. The rainforest view from our balcony on the last floor was just breathtaking 😃👍”
