“Neben der tollen Lage besticht das Haus vor allem durch seine Ausstattung (inkl. der bequemen Betten). Die sehr hilfsbereite und ortskundige Gastgeberin verschönert auch mit tollen Tipps eventuelle Regentage. Wir haben uns SEHR SEHR wohl gefühlt (und unser Hund auch!)”

“We had a wonderful stay at Noce cottage - it was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. The terrace was lovely with the most spectacular views. The pool was pristine. We visited nearby towns and sampled local wine plus visited Saturnia hot springs - a worthy day trip. Only 10 min to grocery store and hospital but a world away - like being back in time. The owner was communicative and offered great suggestions. This place is very special. We would highly recommend...

“Wir waren im August 2023 da. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war super, sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Objekt selber ist einfach toll! Super gelegen, absolut empfehlenswert für Alle, die Ruhe suchen. Toller Blick über die Maremma, wunderschöne Ausstattung, äußerst liebevoll hergerichtet. Wirklich ein Traum! Und dank der Höhenlage auch angenehm temperiert. Zwei kleine e Kritikpunkte gibt's dennoch: die Zufahrt ist wirklich abenteuerlich und streng genommen nur allradtauglich. Die...

The property and apartment are so beautiful and it’s tucked away in a quiet little part of Tuscany that’s easily accessible by car. “Erin und Luca sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Umgebung ist einfach umwerfend und absolut ruhig. Das kleine Städchen ist allerding weit ab vom Schuss. Wir empfehlen schon vorab in einem Supermarkt einzukaufen. Aber das ist kein Mangel. Ist halt ländlich.”
