âGreat property close to many things downtown but felt tucked away. Price for room and parking was excellent for the area. Lots of staff on hand to help. Loved the courtyard / small pool area. Older but seemed well-maintained & comfortable beds. Bus connection right across the street as was a great community track.
Definitely will stay here again if in the area! â

Front desk staff was rude and also âforgotâ to order a cab to take me to the airport which almost made me miss my flight.
When you pay almost 300 USD/night you expect good service but at Hyatt Centric it was non existent. â

Breakfast included but it lacked in quality and taste. Nobody in the family liked it.
Not enough towels in the room even though it was booked for a family of four. We had to get those ourselves.
Expensive parking. We were informed it was going to be $ 52 but it turned out to be $ 62. I guess itâs because the our car is oversized. Still faulty information though.
If all this is Hyatt we wonât be staying again. We put time into making an informed decision and are very disappointed about the outcome, the hotel isnât cheap either. There are plenty of hotels, especially in a larger city."
