Weak wifi signal at corner room. Water temperature goes up and down without adjusting. No USB port and the electrical port area near kettle is rusty/dirty. There is a small crowd during my check in and i can see that one of the male staff is getting impatient.

Disappointing and Unpleasant Stay
Pros:
-Location is easily accessible via the train station
-Near to Lotte Dept store
Cons:
-Touristy area therefore everything is much more expensive
-Hotel staff was not friendly
-the other room was provided with the necessities such as a toothbrush etc. I requested for toothbrush and the staff said they do not provide but my other room has one.
-The bedsheet was stained and carpet was super dirty and the room was dusty
-The room light was so dim that makes me feel like a haunted room
We arrived at the hotel so late almost 11.30 pm so it does not make sense that they do not have enough time to make up the room for the next guest. 4-star grading was too high perhaps a 3-star makes sense.
