Luxury Beach & Cliff Villa with Unbelievable Panoramic Views.

Villa Banyan, Umeanyar, is a fully serviced, luxury vacation rental destination on the northern coast of Bali. The Villa underwent complete renovation in June - July 2022. After 2.5 years of Pandemic we have left the hibernation mode and are looking forward to welcoming you again !

The unique property is set 30 meters above sea level on a small cliff directly in front of Umeanyar Beach. The huge villa (700 sq-metre living space) has 4 master and main bedrooms and an additional family bedroom. It is fully equipped with a large kitchen including all modern appliances, a spacious living and media room, a huge infinity pool, and various lounge areas, balconies and terraces to benefit from the vast and breath-taking scenery of this unique spot. The villa is surrounded by 3400sq. metres of terraced tropical gardens on three levels. There are two Bale Bengongs (Gazebos) built directly into the cliff with stunning views over the blue ocean and the vivid green rice paddies stretching right up to the edge of the black volcanic sand beach of the Bali Sea. An old majestic fig tree gives shade and lends the villa its name. The centre of the L-shaped house with its large infinity pool opens to the green zone of the village. Being without direct neighbours, the property is an ideal location for ultimate privacy and relaxation experience. Yet, it is still very close to a variety of local & international restaurants and the smaller resorts of the area.


The Villa
The generously spaced villa offers 700sq. metres of living space covered with traditional Alang-Alang roof. It is designed in a unique combination of modern and traditional Balinese architectural elements. The property offers the best of Balinese hospitality with European standards through luxury, refinement, modernity, design, space and comfort. In 5 air-conditioned bedrooms we can accommodate up to 10 guests. There are 4 master and main bedrooms all with ocean views and en-suite bathrooms featuring modern appliances. An additional bedroom is dedicated to younger guests and can be connected to either of two bedrooms on the ground floor.

The en-suite bathrooms have modern European appliances and are constructed from natural materials: teak wood cabinets, Terrazzo tops and nature stone flooring. The master baths have a private garden with palm trees and decorative and soothing water wall statues. Other amenities include bathrobes, slippers, hair dryers in each bathroom and our banyan villa signature series 'Jardin d´Umeanyar' of organic soap, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner etc.

The modern living / media room has a state-of-the-art 50' LCD TV with more than 130 International channels (Satelite), a DVD player with surround sound system and a media player with more than 800 international movies. Of course we have a wireless “Hot Spot” with unlimited and free WIFI access. For the little ones we offer a Play Station 3 with fun games to keep them busy, and give you more time to relax.

The huge 18x6 m infinity pool is embedded in a 100 sq-metre natural stone deck. The pool is family-friendly with wide walk-in steps that are excellent for those needing a gentle entry, or for the little ones to play on. There are 3 depth levels so that you can take real morning laps if you wish. At the corners of the infinity side, which is close to the edge of the cliff, there is underwater seating, so you can enjoy the beautiful view and/ or your cocktail without having to tread water at the same time.

Services
To make sure the villa is running smoothly there are 7 dedicated English-speaking staff members. 1 helpdesk, 2 cook /housekeeper, 2 gardeners, 1 security guard and 1 help / desk.

Airport Pick Up & Return Transportation can be arranged for a fee. During your stay the villas own luxury van with driver for up to 8 guests can be rented for shopping and tours in the area.

Groceries for your meals can be bought by yourself or organised through our shopping service. Our cook can prepare your breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner, which you may choose in advance from a sample menu. For this you pay for the ingredients, which are organised by the staff against receipt and for a tiny transportation fee. Of course, if you wish, you may also use our car with driver to do the grocery shopping yourself (most guests don´t). There is a well-stocked supermarket just 5 minutes drive from the villa in the centre of Seririt.
