Perfect location near everything (Sultanahmet, tube, tram, restaurants...). We had a really nice corner room with French balcony, nice to arrange the armchairs so you could sit, relax and enjoy watching the life outside in the evenings.
The hotel is old and in need of renovation but that's totally acceptable as the price level reflects that. The shower cabin doors have a gap in the middle that causes some flooding on the bathroom floor. You have to find out a strategy on how to take a shower to avoid that. The light by the bathroom mirror was also very poor.
The staff is friendly and helpful and the wifi was excellent.
The breakfast buffet was very nice, Turkish style. However, the dining/breakfast room was really cold. Same applies to the small pool on the roof. This was end of August.
