“Einfach alles super!!!”

“Vi bodde en vecka i månadsskiftet juni/juli i Casa Metata precis ovanför Castiglione di Garfagnana. Husägaren Gabriele och hans trevliga familj har här skapat ett mycket charmigt, rätt nybyggt och väl fungerande hus med fullt utrustat kök. Jättefin terrass med pool och utedusch med sol hela dagen och utsikt över byarna nere i dalen och baksidan av Cararabergen. Man tar sig snabbt och lätt till de närliggande byarna för att handla eller gå på restaurang. För egen matlagning var det stora uteköket...

“The place was just as good as we hoped. Lovely outsides and an amazing view over the Apuan Alps and the valley below. Great pool area. 30-40 minutes to beautiful hikes in the mountains and only roughly 1 hour to the ocean and beaches. The host is also very hospitable and helpful. “We stayed at the house for 11 days and loved everything about it. The house was clean and was equipped with everything one possibly could need. The garden was fantastic, and the pool was just the right size and depth (130 cm) for both us and the kids (8 and 6 years old) to enjoy. 20 meters from the house was the riverbed where we also could take a swim, although the water was much colder. “The cottage is wonderful for getting away from it all. Comfy bed, wifi, brilliant host, a varied selection of wildlife and animals! The location is really off the beaten track, the last road to the parking is very narrow with tight bends. We walked down the ancient path to the medieval bridge a couple of times, steep but great views. Very peaceful place, thoroughly recommended.”
