“This apartment was an easy 5 minute walk to the station with easy access to Shibuya. The room itself was very spacious and clean. There was most neccessities with a washing machine and hair dryer. The stairs are quite steep so maybe no the most accessible access. The only improvements would be a rubbish bin in the bathroom/toilet and also some towels to dry dishes after washing. I would reccomend staying here for groups up to 5. ”

“Very friendly staff who did the outmost to give the best service during our three night stay. I lost my wallet my very first hour in Tokyo on our way walking down to Shibuya. With help from the staff from the hotel and Google translate we called the police and reported my wallet lost. Within 1 hour and 15 minutes the wallet was back in my hand and everything was still in there. This sunshine story says a lot about both the hotel staff and about the Japanese people and society. “I have no complaints about my stay here. The bed was super comfortable and it didn’t make any noise when moving around/going to the bathroom or alike. “This was a convenient place to stay at during our 15-day visit to Japan with at 3 different locations. We stayed 2 days here. This one was walking distance from Shibuya and very close to the train station. I was traveling by train so I don't know how the parking situation was. I did have an issue checking-in because the code wasn't working and to contact the person took quite some time (like 10-15 minutes) so for a while we were outside wondering what to do if the directions were not working....
