The location canât be beat! Close to everything in Pigeon Forge yet it feels secluded on the large lot surrounded by trees.

MAIN AREA
Magnolia Hollow was designed to accommodate large group gatherings. The full house consists of an upstairs unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms; the downstairs unit also has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Note that there are separate entrances for each unit (no interior stairs).
There is a living room and kitchen on each level. The upstairs dining room table is 10 feet long so your whole group can eat together. High chairs are available on both levels.
OUTDOOR SPACE
You'll feel secluded and relaxed in the backyard. The fully fenced in yard is surrounded by trees and shale rock walls.
Grill out on the large deck off the kitchen. And unwind in the hot tub.
There's also plenty of room for parking multiple cars in the driveway.
BEDROOMS AND MORE
The main bedroom upstairs has a king bed and an attached full bathroom. The extra-large stone fireplace is the focal point in the bedroom. And you can see the mountains through the trees out the floor to ceiling windows.
The second and third upstairs bedrooms each have queen beds.
Youâll have plenty of space to spread out in the 520 square foot main bedroom downstairs, including the attached full bathroom with a shower/tub. Relax on the king bed or the couch that pulls out into a full-size bed. There is also a space separated by a half wall with a dining table that can be used for playing games (provided), eating, or working.
The spacious second bedroom downstairs is on the opposite side of the house from the main bedroom. It has a queen bed and large closet.
The third bedroom downstairs was designed with little ones in mind. It has an outdoorsy theme with twin bunk beds, a woodland scene on the wall, and glow in the dark stars on the ceiling (keep the lights on for about 20 minutes to charge the stars before lights out).
There is a full-size sleeper sofa in both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms.
Your comfort and cleanliness are our top priorities. All mattresses and pillows have encasements to be extra hygienic. And all bedrooms (except the kidsâ room) and both living rooms have televisions.
