Very nice inviting home

The house was great for our families stay as we attended our daughter’s graduation from UTK. Several nice amenities as described online. Customer service was very responsive to our needs. The location is nice and has a good view but you won’t be able to fish as the house is elevated and you cannot access the water.We gave this 4 stars and not 5 because it needs some cleaning. The deck and exterior areas need to be pressure washed. The interior could have been a little cleaner as well. Overall, still a nice place to rent and is recommended.

Would Stay Again

First let me say that I would 100% stay at this property again. I liked the location (it was very quiet) and my family enjoyed the pool table and games. The kitchen has plenty of room to cook and there is a lot of pantry space. However, I did not give the property 5 stars because there is a lack to attention to detail...at least that is how my daughter described it. There are stains on some of the towels and sheets. The dining room chairs are all stained and the outside furniture cushions are also stained. There was a pair of sunglasses and barrettes in the sofa cushions, the centerpiece on the table was in need of a good dusting (we moved it off the table, so it didn't impact our use of the table), as were the ceilings. The outside of the house also needs a good powerwashing to get rid of the spiderwebs. The view is beautiful, but when you look out the windows (of which there are a lot) you see a lot of webs. I should clarify that the house is by no means dirty, but the stains do give you an uneasy feeling. Also, the internet is fantastic if you are in the garage (aka game room), but it is spotty at best inside the house. When we would stream shows, the TV would freeze and when my husband attempted to do some work, it was nearly impossible...until he found the garage, which is where the router is located.If they did better with the details, this property would be a 5 star all the way. That said, I'd stay again.

Terrific House

We brought our family together for a graduation celebration, and the house was perfect. Nice common areas for family to chat and reconnect, and bedrooms and bathrooms were top notch.

Cozy TN Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Smoky Vistas!! There was plenty of space for our family of 7 and it was the perfect, peaceful balance to the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. It is a little off the beaten path, taking approximately 20 mins to get into Sevierville and 30 or so to get to Pigeon Forge, but it’s a pleasant drive and well worth it!! The home is beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The property is picturesque and has great outdoor seating areas! This home will absolutely be at the top of our list next time we head back to Sevierville.

Absolutely Perfect Place

Absolutely what we were looking for! Plenty of space for a large group! Exactly what we were looking for. Only complaint would be a smaller hot tub really only for 3 maybe 4 adults.

Friends new years

We had a great time with two families coming together to celebrate New Year's in the Smokies! Anytime we needed to contact someone for the property they were responsive and prompt with their replies. We would definitely come back!

Family weekend

We had the best time at this beautiful home! There was plenty of room for all 11 of us. We loved the decks with the propane heaters and the view of the river and trees. We made all our meals in the kitchen and ate around the huge table. The huge living room couch with tons of pillows was a great hang out spot to visit and watch Tab. The fun “toys” in the basement and garage kept the kids entertained. The decor and fixtures were so pretty. It is remote, so wifi was slow. It’s also a drive to get to either Knoxville or the Gatlinburg area. I highly recommend this home and would love to stay here on an future trip.

A beautiful house and location!

Beautiful rural location between Knoxville and Pigeon Forge. Our family enjoyed our stay in this immaculate, beautiful home with a stunning view! There was plenty to do at the house and in the neighboring areas. I highly recommend staying here.

Friends Get Together

The property was very peaceful and secluded with beautiful views. There was plenty of space inside and out to hang out as a group, or to find your own peace and quiet. We will definitely consider it for future gatherings!
