“We had such a fun and memorable stay at the Alaskan Sportsman’s Home. The taxidermy alone is worth the trip….it feels like a mini museum in the best way. Our kids were absolutely obsessed. “Really nice place for one person or a couple: everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. My one caution would be that in winter time the heat is very uneven and some parts of the unit can be too warm while others are too cold at the same time. Apart from that, it was very nice and had enough space and functionality for an extended stay. I would definitely stay there again, although an electric space heater would be a plus if it's winter time.”
