“This place needs some TLC—the dishwasher was broken, the hot tub was overrun with bacteria and one toilet was also broken. Vacasa (property manager) was informed about toilet and hot tub and couldn’t get anyone to come out in the 4 days/3 nights we were there. The outlets are literally coming out of the wall and there is no WiFi. Plus there was no remote for the upstairs tv in the bedroom rendering it useless.”

“Million Dollar Views!!! Great unobstructed views of Denali from the deck. We also saw the Northern Lights. This location is unbelievable- Private up on hillside, yet super close to Talkeetna and activities. Whitney was super cool and gave us great info about Denali, hiking the State Park, etc. The house/cabin has everything you need for a great vacation.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!! This property is completely mismanaged and a total scam. The hot tub that is advertised with the property does not work. We were not informed of this until about 4 hours before check-in, well after the allowed cancellation period. The property was not stocked with toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, or laundry soap. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and crumbs and other things on the floor when we arrived. ZERO attempts were made to remedy the hot tub situation and...

“The perfect mountain retreat. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was great overlooking the mountains. It was a really wonderful property. Highly recommend. The hosts even left us a homemade French toast dish for the next morning that was excellent! ”
