“The chalet was exactly as advertised. The configuration was interesting for 3 couples but we absolutely made it work! The hot tub was a nice feature that we made use of the 2nd night. Girdwood has a couple of nice restaurants. Basecamp was particularly good. Thanks for an excellent ending to our Alaskan Cruise adventure!”

“I don’t like writing bad reviews. But this time I will. We waited 45 minutes to get in because none of the codes worked. Yard was way overgrown. None of the screen doors latched. Old coffee and coffee grounds were left in the coffee maker. Pine needles throughout the house. Sheets in back bedroom were icky. Bathroom was NASTY! I had to clean it before we could use it. (Urine over everything) House was in bad shape. It was like walking on a roller coaster. The expansive deck was completely warped...

“This VRBO allowed my husband and I to visit with our son stationed at Eielson AFB, AK. At times billeting on base is not available for military family's. This rental offered everything needed for a short or long vacation. Located near the College, Farmers market, Pioneer Park, Fairbanks Airport and eateries. Distance to Eielson 35-40 min. drive. It was great! ”

“This was a lovely home for our small family while we vacationed in Alaska. The mountain views from every room are spectacular. It is also conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants, and the entire Mat-Su region is filled with outdoor recreation opportunities. The hosts were also wonderful and responsive.”

“Location is great for exploring the area— easy access to Seward and cooper landing. House was clean and views amazing. They do request in person check-in to walk through mechanics of the house, and there are a few check-out chore requests, but this was not an issue for us. Beds are comfortable and place is cozy. Homemade surprise in the fridge was a nice touch. We would stay again.”

“First off!!!!! You will never have a host as professional and fun to have around as Ronica. Beautiful home, well maintained and well furnished. Ronica went well beyond to make all of us feel at home on the Kenai river. It was a pleasure having her around our nightly campfire, we considered her "family" .
