“My husband and I attended a concert at Lincoln Financial Field and this apartment had everything we needed. It took us about 25 minutes to get to the Field and that was sitting in traffic. The location was excellent for the event. Free designated parking is definitely an added bonus. In the mornings we walked to Dunkin Donuts for coffee and treats even though a coffee pot was provided. We ate at an excellent Indian restaurant within a mile, and we cooked some in the apartment also. ...

A group of us stayed here for a weekend and the house was perfect for our needs; bedrooms were spacious for 8 adults, the outdoor patio was perfect for Saturday brunch, and the roof deck was great for watching the sunsets. The house is was ideally located; a quick drive to the stadiums in South Philly and walkable to Passyunk. Ryan was a great host; very responsive and the house was stocked with all the essentials for our stay. ”
