“The hotel is not suitable for families with children but rather caters to an adult audience. The service level was poor and the staff were unprofessional. At check-in the reception tried to charge us extra, fictitious costs. These experiences led to a very negative stay. We strongly advise against booking this hotel if you are travelling with children. Thank you to Expedia who helped us at the last minute with the reception”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Reef Oasis Blue Bay in Sharm El Sheikh. The entire experience was fantastic, but what truly set it apart was the incredible service. Every single member of the staff was polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. This excellent service extended everywhere—including the spa and the water sports teams. A massive plus for us was the zero-pressure environment; unlike many other resorts, no one was pushing or aggressively trying to sell excursions, treatments, or...

“Beyond five stars – an unforgettable family holiday! Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh exceeded all our expectations and gave us one of the best family holidays we have ever had. Our suite was stunning and incredibly spacious, with two rooms and two balconies, giving our family of four plenty of space to spread out comfortably. The resort has numerous swimming pools and a fantastic aqua park that the children couldn’t stay away from! The kids’ club was tremendous, with activities throughout the...

“Highly recommend. Beautiful grounds, never overly-crowded (mostly Russian guests), wide variety of food (not rotated even over 11 nights), the beer is very good, local branded gin, awful! Soft drinks are branded (Sprite etc). Exceptionally helpful staff (every single one of them). Tip: learn to say please, thank you and goodbye in Arabic, they are very surprised and very grateful. Bathrooms dated, but ok. Spacious rooms. Pools never too busy, even in afternoon, all manned by a lifeguard. Coral...

“Väldigt gott bemötande från all personal. ”

“The hotel was clean and the Egyptian staff were friendly. However, the food was just average and not very impressive. Prices at the local restaurant were extremely high — a 200 ml bottle of water cost 5 USD, which is unacceptable. The hotel is clearly focused almost entirely on russian tourists. All evening entertainment is in russian, and the children’s program is also only in russian. In addition, some staff members are russian and mainly assist russian guests, including reserving sunbeds by...

“The staff were very helpful and kind, every step in our trip, clean rooms and overall great food, the food menu changing every day. We had a great stay in the Hotel. Central in sharm close to everything.”

“Trevlig personal”

“Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Navetta spiaggia efficente.
