âPerfect for an early morning flight or last night stop over from Gatwick. Bus available right outside the door and only takes a few minutes.
Room was clean, close to the town centre and had everything I needed. Would stay again if near Gatwick. â
âThe room was nothing like the pictures, instead we got a dark basement room. The door was opened with a code and didnât have a lock on the inside which felt very unsafe.
There was a tiny patio that we couldnât use because it was covered in bird faeces and had a pigeon family living there. This also meant we couldnât open the windows because of all the flies. The water pressure was good but the water didnât get very warm. The bedding had stains and didnât feel clean.

âLovely old pub, nice friendly staff. We booked the large double which was extremely comfortable, great pillows. The only let down was the cold, it was freezing. Heating wasn't working. This wouldn't put me off staying again, as it's a really nice placeâ
âMy husband & I had to travel from the other end of the country to visit an elderly relative in the nearby hospital, and needed a reasonably-priced last-minute room for 2 nights. This fitted the bill perfectly, and I knew we'd made the right choice when I spoke to the Manager. What a lovely guy: friendly, honest, helpful, straightforward, and so easy to deal with. Many hotel managers could take a lesson from him.

âWe got the biggest room which was very nice and with a big bathroom. We are very pleased! A bit cold in the room though. And the pillows were not very soft. But except for that the room was perfect. Big, nice and clean.â
âWhat a fascinating little hotel this is right in the Gatwick airport. I cant describe it other than futuristic and the feeling of a space capsule. The room is small, but so well planned. The bed comes out with the press of a button, storage space for a large suitcaae undee the bed. Small but very clean and functional toilet/shower. The check in was easy and quick, the staff very helpful and friendly, and we fot a cup of tea too. Definitely recommended if you arrive late at night or depart early...
âSo this was good:
- The location. Close to the sea and to stores and the center of town.
- The bed. Mattress, pillows, cover, sheets - fresh, comfortable.
There are room for improvements:
- No cleaning or even emptying of trash in the mon-fri stay. I have no need for getting the bed made or vacuuming in that time, but nothing is not good. I looked for notes to put on the door, like please have a look in here, but there were none.
- The balcony door was ajar (not just unlocked, but open)...

âBreakfast buffe was a little bland and the toilet could've been cleaned a little more attentively, other than that, very pleasant. Blinds closed out all light and hotel was clean and staff were helpful. I'd stay here again!â

"Bra hotell vid den norra terminalen. Sköna sÀngar, ganska tyst för att vara pÄ en flygplats. Rummet hade AC vilket gjorde att det gick bra att sova. Bra frukost."
