Margaret went above and beyond to accommodate us when the washing machine wasn’t working properly. She was also very helpful in giving us suggestions for bike rentals and things to do. “Overall the place is nice and quaint and clean. It was close to the water and the pools were clean. It was also a quiet place. The negatives were more annoyances than anything. I haven't stayed in a place without a hair dryer in probably 20 years. I didn't bring mine because there has always been one. Code on the door was too long and it usually took numerous tries for it to work. We weren't told about the $20 cash parking fee until after we booked and sent everything the day before we got...

“Traveled here with my 12 and 17 year olds and we had the best time. The condo was beautiful and clean. Pool and beach access were convenient. The only inconvenience was that the unit was on the third floor and there weren’t any elevators to transport luggage and all the beach gear, but the memories we made far outweigh any inconvenience. Wonderful place to relax and connect with loved ones.”

“These wonderful owners really take pride in their property. When we walked in, the condo was so fresh and clean. There was a goodie basket on the kitchen counter and mints next to the bed. Such a nice touch! The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Even a hairdryer, which you don't see in most places. I didn't give it 5 stars only because the condo complex exterior is very tired and needs some love.”

In kitchen and bathroom you find really everything in more than sufficient quantity and quality from pans, cutlery, dishes, soaps. “The property was nice my daughter didnt care for the beach , the two rwin beds were not comfortable they squeak . There is a cleaning fee so i didnt feel like we needed to wash towels but it was fine . Next time i will look forva place within walking distance from shoppping”

“The Spa at Port Royal is very quiet and easy to drive all over Hilton Head. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly....only recommendation is to get some new pillows on all beds. Thanks so much for sharing your space!”

“The condo lived up to its listing. It was beautifully renovated and decorated. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. TV was no problem to use. The only disappointment is that the dishwasher is probably in need of replacing. After a cleaning cycle, there was still residue on dishes, silverware, glasses. Everything had to be hand washed in order to be properly cleaned.”

“Great 2 bedroom condo, loved all the beachy decorations. Had everything you could think of when on vacation. Loved the sunroom. We did not use the pools but walked down to the beach in the evening, not on the Atlantic Ocean side but still pretty and able to walk without being crowded. Will definitely stay here if we come back to Hilton head”

“The checkin process was not great. We had to wait an hour at the gate because our name wasn’t listed. Finally the host returned our calls, texts and messages to get us onto the island. After a long drive this was stressful. The host did offer to buy us a bottle of wine at one of the island restraints which was nice. The condo was not what we expected as there was dirt, food, and hair on the floors. I immediately swept the floor and carpet and had multiple dirt piles to sweep up. The furniture...

“Everything was great other than not having a dryer. I always wash and dry clothes so that I’m not washing forever when I get home. The dryer didn’t work. I notified them and they said property manger would come by. Never saw them.”
