“Great neighborhood. Loved the variety of pools/hot tub options! Absolutely loved the fact that they had a pool for my toddler, and she certainly loved that too! The only thing that caught me by surprise was having to pay to park and buy everyone staying an armband, which was not mentioned when I booked the room, it actually said “free parking” ”

“We loved this property and the location. Back yard with the pool was fantastic for my children. We really wished the pool was heated, especially for Spring Break. Proximity to the breach was great and neighborhood was quiet and safe. ”

“The house was exactly how it was described, clean and all the amenities we needed. Location was ideal for everything, beach, food, etc. The golf cart and pool were awesome to have! We paid to have pool heated (April), totally worth it. Family of 5 stayed, we would definitely come back again! ”

“Had the best, most relaxed time at this place. We didn’t have a car so there were a few walkable places that we enjoyed, but being able to just go back and forth from the beach to the house was incredible, especially with 4 kids. The place was light on supplies so we had to buy our own paper towels and such, but overall a fantastic stay. Plenty of room for everyone and we all loved it! ”

“Everything about the property was great and as listed. The last time we were in PCB we were at the east end near Schooners. It was quiet and relaxed. This location is on the West end which is very busy. If you sleep in the front bedroom be aware that if you Sleep in the front bedroom that the bar across the street is can be noisy at night. aware that it will be noisy from ”

“Actually was a pretty good place to stay place needs some updates Carpet gutter outside above bedroom paint coming off the roof up there and I only noticed it because I was laying on the patio in the sun. Bathroom sink upstairs leaks when you turn the faucet on hot water side Tub upstairs the jets don’t turn on. Great location enjoyed my stay actually like I said just need some few updates.”

“In my opinion, the location was just perfect. Its literally right near everything. Our favorite thing was walking a few blocks over to Nicks pizza, which is great bc we're from NY and Nick used to make pizza in Brooklyn. This place isnt just NY pizza, its GOOD NY pizza. But the house is great and the property managers always responded very quickly. We'll definitely return to this place again-”
