“Overall this worked great for us. About 2 blocks from the gulf coast. Fishing access on an inlet behind the house and pool was great for us and kids. Out of the way for major island traffic but close enough to the coast to walk and enjoy it”

My niece and her family were visiting from Australia so there was 7 of us and everything was perfect - layout, cleanliness, equipped with everything one might need for a beach getaway. Would definitely recommend and book this again when having a large party of 7 or more people. ”

“This worked out perfectly for our family. Great location. It was clean, comfortable, and well laid out. All major amenities were present. Unfortunately, it was short on supplies such as TP, paper towels, soap, etc. More than four small beach towels would have also been appreciated. However, it did not negatively affect our time. We enjoyed the house and the yard, particularly the water views (even spotting a pod of dolphins one morning) and outstanding Jacuzzi. “We loved our stay here :) overall very clean! Amenities were plentiful in kitchen and for beach. Owner was very communicative. The pool was a little on green side but it was clean and warm .. I think maybe the chlorine was a little low but was still clean enough that our 13 year old took a few late night swims :)”

Love that the hosts offered beach gear, and games to play when you needed out of the sun for a little bit. The condo is in walking distance to food and places to shop. “The cleanliness of the home and outdoor space was emaculate. We loved the pool. However there are a couple things in the home that could be upgraded. The mattresses were old and need replaced. The pillows could use a refresh too. But the host provided everything needed and more. 6 miles to beach doesn't sound far but it could take 10 minutes or 30 minutes depending on when you head to the beach. Traffic can be backed up for miles. Other than that no complaints. ”

“Highly recommend this property. Our unit was very updated and had a full kitchen with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was great and heated and the beach access was within a few steps. The location was quaint but easily accessible and lots of dining options near by. Would stay here again. ”

A hotel below expectations

"We booked this because of its four stars and for the surroundings but was very dispointed - its not at all a four star establisment - It feels more a two or max a tree star Our room was dirty and our beddings had stains and for sure the rooms was small. The aircondition was broken so the sound was so noicy and even when we turned it of it didn´t stop sounding! I accually tried to find another hotel the first night but there are not so many options out there! I think this hotel is so over priced and overrated. Im so sorry to say that but i have to! The best part of the whole stay was the exellent staff that was so nice and kind ( they cant help the bad standard ) and the great breakfast that was included. We will not come back to this place and i would say if you are used to four star hotels in europe you wont like this place! "
