âWe arrived at 12.00, and our check in was at 15.00. Our plan was to ask if we could leave our bags and check in earlier. Before we even asked about the check in, the receptionist already offered to check us in directly. It was amazing and this made our whole experience wonderful.
The room was very clean, bathroom was big, bed was so soft and fluffy. We could also easily cast from the phone to the TV.

âUnique property in a central location where most of Liverpool City Centre can be accessed by walking-Caveen Club, Albert Dock etc. Plenty of space in duplex. On street parking available, but just round corner 24 hour parking for ÂŁ6.95 via NCP.â
âI have been to Liverpool before but none the likes of this one. The property provided my friend and I with ample room to circulate in addition to having our own private space. The amenities were excellent, as well.
It was near transportation hubs, and the a short distance away from the City Centre.
This will not be the last time I stay there. Highly recommended by yours truly!

âWas a short stop before I travelled by ferry, checked in late, had clear instructions from the owner, great communication. Room was really spacious, very comfortable bed and pillows. Included robes to use and a large bath sheet, which if you stay at hotels regularly youâll appreciate! Really impressed overall with the booking, far nicer than I expected. Great area too. Safe, quiet and close to anything you might needâ

Det enda minus skulle va att man kan höra tĂ„gen lite svagt, men det Ă€r inget som stör. Finns Ă€ven en liten kyl, vilket uppskattas. Rekomenderar verkligen hotellet. Frukosten var helt ok, med mycket att vĂ€lja pĂ„. â

âVi hade ett superior rum och det fanns ingenting att klaga pĂ„, stor sovdel, bra badrum och ett trevligt living room. Lagom lĂ„ngt in till city, inte ens10 minuters promenad.â

âThe photel is a old office or parliamentarian building, so it's kinda weird to walk the hallways to your room. When you step in to the hotel, you will probably be amazed, since the first impression of this place is, impressive. It's a really nice ground floor/atrium with a nice (?) restaurant. I had problems getting a good connection though to the web. However, a member of the staff helped me get online.â
âPerfekt lĂ€ge intill Lime Street stationen dĂ€r tĂ„get frĂ„n Manchester stannar. Dock lite svĂ„rt att hitta dĂ„ det var en vĂ€ldigt liten skylt som markerade ingĂ„ngen i en grĂ€nd. Bra sĂ€ngar och skön dusch. â

Overall we really loved the Resident. And we are definitely coming back!"
"Fint hotell med fantastisk utsikt. Varsamt renoverat till full modern standard med god komfort. Lugnt och fint. Serviceinriktad personal. Vi uppskattade att det fanns möjlighet att förvara vÀskorna pÄ hotellet innan incheckningen. "
"Stora problem med vatten/avlopp. Första rummet hade en takflÀkt som lÀckte vatten sÄ vi fick byta rum. Andra rummet hade en regndusch som lÀckte vatten konstant, en toalett som inte gick att spola, en balkongdörr som inte gick att stÀnga, insyn i grannens badrum genom en plywood-skiva, och management pÄ hotellet kom in i rummet mitt i natten för de trodde att nÄgon hade slÀngt ned nÄgot frÄn taket.
Generellt kÀndes det lite smutsigt och inte rÄ renstÀdat.
Service I receptionen var det enda som var OK, de kÀndes trevliga."
"Sadly they didn't inform us there was a renovation going on on our floor in several rooms, included the adjacent one. Not that nice to be woken by work sound and music from the adjacent room in the early morning. No compensation was offered either for the inconvenience it caused. "
