“Perfectly presented place for short stay whilst attending family wedding nearby. Super comfy bed and all the necessary appliances for our stay or for a longer stay too. Great use of the space, quiet area and welcoming host who was available for any questions. Wish we could have been able to stay longer and explore more of this area as there were plenty of places to explore.”

“The place was great and very clean and nicely decorated and organized. Our only issue was the washer and dryer, no instructions and hard to get clothes clean. ”

“Fabulous place for a large family get together. Really lovely property in a great location. Any problems were fixed promptly. Well kitted out kitchen and the hot tub was a big hit. Nice touches like a toy cupboard to keep little ones occupied.Plenty of space outside for children to play and explore.”

“Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again.”

“We had the most amazing time in this property. The location is stunning and overlooking the lake. The house itself was beautiful, well equipped, with large rooms and bathrooms. It was also kitted out with cute extra touches like beautiful throws and a christmas tree. It was spacious overall, and honestly one of the best places we've stayed at - definitely will plan another trip!
