“The room was clean and functional. The hotel is understaffed. The 3 people who work there are kind and friendly but there was no room service (even though they have a restaurant). The staff referred me to Uber Eats and then I had to get my order myself in the lobby, because there is no staff.”

“My experience at Trunk Hotel was quite odd. My girlfriend and I arrived around 10 am, knowing that normal check in time is 2pm. The staff that was there, three people, almost seemed surprised we were there.
They took my passport and card details and afterwards one of the staff just said "so do you want to store your luggage?"
Somewhat surprised, I asked, "sure, I suppose that means the room isn't ready then. Do you have any indication on when the room will be ready?" Another staff member...
