“Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour! Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dès notre arrivée. Notre chambre était très agréable et avait une vue incroyable sur le jardin. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Nous avons apprécié les différents échanges avec les personnes présentes que ce soit le personnel ou les autres hôtes. Bref, nous recommandons !”

“This is hands down one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at. If not THE best. Staff were super friendly and helpful, place is clean, Dyson hairdryers are a nice touch, and a fancy bathtub/bathroom was amazing! Free breakfast, even though on the lighter said, was really good too! I’d recommend this hostel hands down. It was great! And so worth the price! ”

“It’s a great place to stay. It’s has all the things you need. The free breakfast wasn’t really to my taste(white square toast with jam). But it’s there. Otherwise there’s a convini just across the street. I had a private two bed room with a sink and AC unit. Everything there was nice. I really don’t have anything bad to say about the place. ”

“ゲストハウス自体が初めての利用でしたが、プライベートの場所が確保されていたので過ごしやすかったです。 駅周辺のため利便性が高かったです。 マイカーでの利用も、駐車させていただきありがたかったです。”

“This is an absolutely great hostel - brand new, very clean, spacious ground floor (this is the common area) but maybe not enough seating when the hostel is fully booked (add a couch?). One can feel that everything is brand new, my room (8 people dorm) had a top light and bottom lights (next to the beds) for the night, which I thought was great. The bed is very comfortable and you can choose between three or four types of pillows (sic!)! My bed had a total of 3 power outlets + 1 USB port + my own...

“Tommy always makes you feel at home, a great place to stay if you want to experience Kyoto like a local. The guesthouse is minutes away from both metro an JR stations, there are businesses, convenience stores, public baths and everything you need to feel at home.”

“Located in alley to the right of the pharmacy. Myself and several guests had trouble locating it. No staff on site when I arrived, wasn’t really an issue though as they left clear instructions. No issues, this place is great. Clean, quiet, everything appeared to be in good shape as far as fixtures etc, good location, etc. I would stay here again. ”
