“Super comfy guesthouse in Nara close to the station. They had a smal kitchen and fridge for guests. As well as a lot of books, manga, PlayStation. Stayed in the room with private toilet and shower. It was great. Would highly recommend a stay here if you’re ever visiting Nara”

“I thought the gorilla theme was really cute and liked the shared space dorm feeling. Some guests were cheerful and not especially quiet but once it got late it was quiet and we slept well. It actually felt festive and pleasant. The bath facilities were clean. There could have been more garbage bins as they got full quickly and it became difficult to separate. The space had a good feeling and it was comfortable to sleep on futons even as a family. There's not much privacy so it might not be great...

“This location is absolutely stellar. Very close to fabulous markets and easy access to multiple stations. Although the property offers basic amenities and the rooms were a bit small, we had everything we needed - including a free washing machine with dryer (expect the clothes to be slightly damp when finished as this is typical in Japan). “Not only was the property clean, easy to locate, walkable and quiet but the lady who runs the hotel is an absolute sweetheart. The breakfast she made us was better than a lot of the food I was eating at restaurants. I would recommend this stay to anyone. ”
