"The property had a lot of roaches. It was not really the cleanest place. The pictures are of the linens that were on one of the beds. There is a 4 inch drop from the Living Room into the two bedrooms and bathroom. There is no sign and unmarked. My mom fell and broke her ankle."

"It’s great that you can check in early and visit the waterpark when it opens, but every time we have done that (3 times) the wristband they initially gave us does NOT work to open the room door. They always say “you’ll get a text when your room is ready; just use your wristband to open the door..” ..."
