“Fabulous stay. Clean, comfy, and within walking distance to the entirety of Kusatsu Onsen. The japanese breakfast was excellent. Relaxing indoors and outdoors onsen despite being in a town full of them. Bit of a language barrier for some of the staff but nothing that should surprise anyone who've travelled around Japan for a bit. Pick the yukata that catches your eye and be sure to stroll through town clad in it during the evening.”
“What an amazing place this is. As soon as you check in you're given a welcome matcha tea and sweet treats. The dining area has free flavoured water and hot drinks 247 and the breakfast was so tasty. They even catered for vegetarians.

“We love this hotel and recognize the care and effort that went into caring for the property as well as maintaining a nice clean atmosphere. Attention given for providing extra items for rental or personal use was a nice touch. The shuttle that travels back-and-forth between the bus station was also helpful. “There are two onsen baths; one inside and one outside. The water in the open bath makes your silk feel silky and smooth. The buffet breakfast and dinner are of good quality with many varieties. The night shows are good entertainment at the hotel. We had a relaxing stay at the hotel.”
