“One elevator and it was shared by cleaning staff and guests, also very slow. Keyed rooms doors did not work well and had to have my keys redone both days of our stay. The staff were kind and helped each time. ”

“A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. Didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelled good. I felt very safe , would return in a heartbeat. Very clean, comfortable bed.”

“I always stay at this specific hotel when I travel to the area. Always a great experience. This time wasn’t bad but it’s been better. I was on the highest floor although I requested a lower level and the room seemed a bit different than the lower floors. There was a bit of an odor similar to a nursing home (no offense intended). “We always stay at this hotel. It’s convenient to everything and the hotel is always clean and staff is amazing. ”

“This hotel lacks corporate investment. The rooms are clean, but amenities are scarce. There is just one fast food restaurant in this casino and Cattleman restaurant is open for 4 hours day and no room service or breakfast on site. You have to pray for door dash. The Louisiana Board walk is Zombie movie set. I was so disappointed. Food was aweful. I went to KFC and went back Texas.”
